<p>&#8226;&nbsp;   Designs the style, layout, user interface, functionality, and technical components of forms and documents to meet business requirements.&nbsp; </p>

<p>&#8226;&nbsp;   Delivers documents or files in appropriate format according to predetermined specifications. </p>

<p>&#8226;&nbsp;   Discusses job requirements, expectations, and potential solutions with clients, as required.<br />
Application Problems</p>

<p>&#8226;&nbsp;   Investigates Help Desk calls and Incident Reports to resolve issues in production with minimum down time. </p>

<p>&#8226;&nbsp;   Troubleshoots application problems by referring to technical documentation and software manuals, consulting with Programmer Analysts, software suppliers and other external resources. </p>

<p>&#8226;&nbsp;   Edits source codes, uses conversion software.<br />
Acceptance Testing<br />
Performs acceptance testing to ensure forms meet business rules and functional requirements.<br />
File Storage and Documentation</p>

<p>&#8226;&nbsp;   Maintains and archives a library of electronic files for future updating and reference.&nbsp; </p>

<p>&#8226;&nbsp;   Writes and maintains technical documentation of all electronic applications.<br />

New Software/Equipment </p>

<p>&#8226;&nbsp;   Participates in testing new software and equipment, making recommendations for future requirements.&nbsp; </p>
