Thanks for the May 19 meeting with the Oscar presentations and Susan Patch’s Agile review.
How about starting off the fall season with a little music? Since the STC fired The Rough Drafts from the annual conference lineup, I’m anxious to find another group to sing with. I usually sing the blues with the Rough Drafts and some of their country rock—but I’m easy. Any musicians care to join in? We could arrange a few numbers and entertain before the meeting gets down to STC content.
I’m Sheila Jones, old fellow, house singer with the Rough Drafts—we performed in Nashville, Dallas, Minneapolis, Philadelphia—how about Vancouver? .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address)

Music and a meeting…what an excellent idea! All you other musicians out there, please sign up because I will definitely come over from Victoria for the program.

I’m Randi Hansen, can’t sing or play but love to listen to Blues and Rock.

(They fired the Rough Drafts? I can’t believe it!)

I don’t sing and the only instrument I play is the euphonium (a small tuba, which I no longer have anyway) but I can certainly clap and scream and hold up a lighter for people who do make the music!
