This seminar will examine key project management processes and activities: gathering requirements, estimating, budgeting, planning and scheduling of tasks and resources, tracking and signing-off of deliverables, as well as managing risks. Participants will also look at some of the issues involved in managing multiple projects, such as estimating resources, and estimating and scheduling work.

Speaker: Pat Buckna, president of Maryhill Consulting Inc., has worked on a variety of projects as a project manager, controller, planner and scheduler. For 15 years he has taught, coached and mentored project teams and organizations. Pat is a Microsoft Certified Trainer and Product Specialist.
