Our chapter holds its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on November 18. In addition, some items have come up that require discussion amongst the volunteer team.

The meeting will be at the Downtown YWCA Fitness Building, 535 Hornby St., Vancouver, BC, 5:30 - 6:30 pm, prior to the program which begins at 7:00 pm.

The following is the agenda:

- AGM - approving the financial reports for the chapter

- some additional financial business that Susan Patch, treasurer, wishes to discuss

- newsletter advertising and other issues about the direction of the online newsletter, initiated by Tony Chung

- the redesign of the web site’s home page, by Theresa Putkey
