Karen Campbell, principal of KC Concepts, has made excellence in customer service paramount throughout her career. For over 10 years, Karen has focused on enabling clarity & understanding in technology communications. Her special expertise is in writing effectively and convincingly to persuade a business audience. Her technical background includes 2 years as a computer programmer for a large financial institution and 2 years as a systems analyst with Texas Instruments. Her business savvy was enhanced by 4 years as a sales representative for HP products and 4 years as a marketing manager, specializing in network products and services. She also managed a sales branch of 17 people for a year prior to starting her own communications company. Karen brings stong writing, design and interpersonal skills to all her assignments.
