Duncan Kent provides consulting advice to the firm’s clients and manages most of its documentation projects. Duncan has worked for more than 30 years as a professional business and technical writer and documentation consultant. He holds a Masters of Arts (MA), and in 1990, was awarded the designation of Certified Management Consultant (CMC). Duncan is a founding member and past-president of the Canada West Coast chapter of the Society for Technical Communication (15,000 members worldwide). He also teaches technical writing at Simon Fraser University’s Writing and Publishing Program.
