Here is a 2011 job forecast from Stats Canada and CareerBuilder.ca
⁃ Information technology is expected to be the second fastest growing sector
⁃ 51% of hiring managers expect companies will supplement staff with contract workers
⁃ 57% of employers are concerned that talent will leave when the economy improves
⁃ 70% of employers say they are in better financial position now than a year ago
⁃ 77% of employers say they will increase compensation for staff by about 3%
